Few know that Vivekananda inspired JRD Tata to establish the IIScs, Rockfeller to start the Rockfeller Foundation; he was offered the Chair of Oriental Philosophy at Harvard University, was called the 'cyclonic Hindoo' by the Americans and considered his guru by Subhas Chandra Bose.
